Spent a few days in Maldives. Ah-maz-ing. It is more beautiful than advertised. The water is crystal clear and if you stand in the shallow end, you can watch the fish swim between your legs. In Maldives, the ocean is literarily your backyard.
Maldives is ideal for almost any kind of getaway. From couples on honey moon to thrill seekers to people on spacations ETC. And it is visa free. The best time to Visit the Maldives though is between December and April.
Anyways, I had just gotten back to the hotel from a submarine ride, and the first thing I noticed was how unsettled the staff seemed. True to my tatafo nature, I sought out a staff I was friendly with and asked what was going on? Apparently a male guest fell asleep and woke up to find his girl gone. Now this is scary because a lost child is not a joke but even less funny on an island.
What can I do? I inquired as I glanced at the male guest in question. His eyes had turned blood red, face swollen from crying and contorted in grief. My heart went out to him. Pretty much everyone at the resort was gravitating towards him to join in the search (bless their hearts). Even the rowdy bunch at the bar came to lend a hand. (I had taken to calling them that)Then it happened.
A lady broke away from the rowdy bunch and ran straight into the arms of the crying male guest. You mean there is another adult involved?(i silently judged) It turned out the missing girl in question was his girlfriend (lady who ran to him). Apparently, she went off for drinks with the rowdy bunch while he slept. Dude alarmed an entire resort because he woke up and his adult female girlfriend wasn’t in bed. Seriously though?
